Crayfish Recipes!

In response to demand, UtahDiving.com has published recipes using crayfish. Some are simple, others are really fancy. We've put a link to the recipe page on every dive site where crayfish are found.

Crayfish inside game bag Crayfish compete with game fish in our lakes and reservoirs. They eat the fish's food, eat the fish's eggs, and eat the young fish. You can make your favorite fishing site better by removing a few crayfish. Buy a game bag at your local dive shop.

We've done our part -- we've posted some great recipes. Now it's time for you, dear diver, to do your duty. Grab a bag full of crustaceans and feed them to your family.

The best spots we've found (so far) for crayfish grabbing are Soldier Creek - Strawberry, Scofield, and East Canyon.
